Q: Is this site really free?

A. Absolutely! You can send emails for free, contact other members for free, post photos for free, establish a profile that others can view for free, search for members for free, chat (instant-message) with other members for free, and pretty much do everything for free.

Q: Are there memberships that that are not free?

A. Yes. We have several advanced membership levels, which provide interesting features such as the ability to view someone else's profile without them knowing that you viewed it, or the ability to hide from others when you last logged into the system. These advanced features require payment to access them.

Q: What do I do if I have problems logging in?

A. The usual reason is that you're not entering your email address and password correctly. There's a link in case you forgot your password, which is emailed to you automatically and immediately upon request.

Q: I haven't received my confirmation email. How do I proceed?

A. The reason you may not receive your confirmation email is because your internet provider (AOL, Yahoo, etc.) have decided, for whatever reason, to treat our confirmation email as a spam/bulk email and either not deliver it to you, or automatically place it in your spam/bulk folders. Please look in those folders to ensure the confirmation email isn't hiding there. You should also add webmaster @ GotDate.com as a "friend" or allow emails to proceed to you, as many of our announcements and informative emails come from this email address. It is important that all emails from webmaster @ GotDate.com are allowed to be delivered to your inbox.
